Seated Single Leg Leg Extension

Step 1: Sit down a leg extension machine. Position your right leg under the pad and grasp the side bars with both your hands.

Step 2: Begin exercise by extending your right leg up so that it is parallel to the ground, pause for a brief second.

Step 3: Lower leg back down to starting position.

Step 4: Repeat as necessary.
