Seated Bicep Curl Machine

Step 1: Sit down in the seat and place the back of your arms on the pad in front of you.

Step 2: Grab the handles with your palms facing upwards.

Step 3: Now curl the handles up to your shoulders and then lower them back down.

Step 4: This completes one repetition.
