Dumbbell Elbowing Row

Step 1: Pick up a dumbbell in your left hand and place your right knee and hand on the bench so that your chest is facing the bench.

Step 2: Point your left elbow out away from your body and let your arm hang.

Step 3: Pull the dumbbell up to your chest and then lower back down.

Step 4: Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions and then switch arms.
