Deficit Deadlift

Step 1: Get a box that is 1-4 inches high and stand on the box with your feet about shoulder width apart.

Step 2: Roll the barbell over the box and your feet.

Step 3: Bend over at the knees and back.

Step 4: Grab the barbell with both hands at about shoulder width.

Step 5: Using mainly your legs stand straight up with the barbell.

Step 6: Lower the barbell back to the floor to complete one repetition.
