Clean Grip Deadlift

Step 1: Starting with the barbell on the floor, squat down and grip it with an overhand (hook) grip.

Step 2: Do not let your back round, and push through your heels starting out.

Step 3: Continue the motion like a regular deadlift, extended your knees and hips at the top.

Step 4: Reverse the motion and lower the barbell back to the floor.
