Step 1: Assume a standard push-up position with your hands outside shoulders and feet hip-width apart.
Step 2: Begin exercise by bending elbows and lowering chest down to the ground, pause, then explode off the ground, pushing as hard as you can so that your hands come off the floor.
Step 3: Immediately clap your hands together quickly in the air.
Step 4: Once your hands hit the ground drop chest back down to the ground and explode back up. Repeat for the prescribed reps.
