Chest to Ring Ring Row

Step 1: Grab onto the rings with your palms facing towards your head and lower yourself down so that your chest is directly under the rings and only your heels are touching the ground.

Step 2: Make your body into a straight line and hang by your arms.

Step 3: Pull yourself upwards until your chest touches the rings.

Step 4: Lower yourself back down to starting position. This completes one repetition.
