1-Arm Kettlebell Sit-Up

Step 1: Position yourself on a decline bench with a kettlebell in one hand.

Step 2: Hold the kettlebell in one hand with your arm locked out in front of you in the air.

Step 3: Perform a sit-up while trying to raise the kettlebell up as high as possible.

Step 4: Lower yourself back. This completes one rep.
